PolyBridge® PACK: The Eco-Friendly Packaging Made in Just a Few Steps

Creating and packaging your solid cosmetic product with the PolyBridge® Pack is so simple that it can be done anywhere—whether in a lab or in the comfort of your own kitchen. Here are the steps to follow:

✔ Step 1: Mix the Ingredients in a Bowl

Start by mixing the natural, biobased, and safe-to-handle ingredients in the order specified in the instruction manual included in the kit. This step is as easy as following a cooking recipe and takes only 5 to 10 minutes.

✔ Step 2: Apply the Packaging

Coat your solid soap by either dipping it into the mixture or using a brush to apply it. You can even use your fingers to apply the coating.

✔ Step 3: Dry the Pack

Place your coated soap on a rack or parchment paper to dry for a few hours. If you’re using a rack, you can place a container underneath to catch any excess liquid that may drip during the drying process, allowing you to reuse it for your next batch.

✔ Step 3.1 (Optional): Create an Exfoliating and Aesthetic Soap

Before the natural film dries, you can add a natural exfoliating powder and adhere it to the surface of the soap, creating a unique and visually appealing effect.

✔ Step 4: Ready for Use

Once dry, your beautiful Pack is ready. When the consumer is wishes to use the soap, they simply need to place it under water, and the packaging will dissolve within seconds, releasing the cosmetic product inside.
